The service, and what we will not tell you
We publish complete topical coverage against a map built from a business's actual entity, we make the pages cheap for a machine to retrieve and correct for it to segment, and we measure whether assistants started naming you. That last part is the unusual one. We run a frozen set of questions across the major assistants, keep the answers verbatim, and re-run them identically on a schedule, so the question "did this work" has an answer rather than a story. We will tell you when the answer is that nobody is being named yet, because today that is the common reading in most markets and it is worth knowing that the field is open. We will not tell you that a formatting trick gets you cited. The industry is full of tactics sold as requirements that Google has since said plainly are not required, and we have retired the ones on that list. Where we are running an in-house test rather than repeating received wisdom, we will say that too, and we will show you the result whichever way it lands.
